Outlook Setup

Scroll this page for step by step instructions.
1) Open your Outlook Express client.
2) Go to the 'Tools' menu and click on 'Accounts...' as shown below.

3) Click the 'Add' button over to the right, then click 'Mail...' in the menu.

4) The 'Display name' is your name or alias, enter it then click 'Next'.

5) The 'E-mail Address' is the e-mail address you requested from us, enter it then click 'Next'.
Former OVC Customers will use for example johndoe@speedex.net

6) The 'Incoming mail' and 'Outgoing mail' are as shown below, enter them the same then click 'Next'.
SIT-CO Customers
POP3 Server: mail.sit-co.net
SMTP Server: mail.sit-co.net
Former OVC Customers
POP3 Server: mail.speedex.net
SMTP Server: mail.speedex.net

7) 'Account name' is your full e-mail address, then just your password below that, then click 'Next'.
Former OVC Customers will use there full e-mail address in the 'Account name' box. (ex. johndoe@speedex.net)

8) Go ahead and click on 'Finish' to end the wizard.

9) Click on the 'mail.sit-co.net' account in the list then click on 'Properties' over to the right.
Former OVC Customers will see 'mail.speedex.net' in the list instead.

10) Click on the 'Servers' tab, at the bottom put a check in 'My server requires authentication'.
11) Click 'Apply' then click 'OK'.
Former OVC Customers will see something similar but everything should end with speedex.net instead of sit-co.net.
